Buff Bodies Summer Melt Down Challenge

So in order to make myself accountable and to help me in my efforts to win the challenge I will be posting each day what I eat and what I do activity wise.


Day 1: Monday August 1st

5:30 Banana
6:00 Bootcamp
8:30 1 cup Quaker Squares Cereal w/2% milk
Noon: 6inch turkey sub on wheat no cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, mustard and light mayo w/wheat thins and H20
3:00 lite & fit raspberry yogurt
6:30 grilled chicken wrap with light miracle whip (Pat made it so it had cz on it), cottage cz and some peas, small glass of rasp tea 
8:00 Family bike ride pulling Emma and Nora in the bike trailer
