8:30am Multigrain cheerios w/2% milk
11:00am 1/2 chicken quesadilla and a flour bean taco, small rasp tea
4:00 pork loin, 2 rolls, cheesy potatoes, baked carrots, baked beans, pickles, pickled beets, gatorade
1 piece of chocolate birthday cake and a scoop if ice cream.
Today was my Grandpa Don's 84th birthday...it is not an excuse for the way I ate but I felt the need to explain myself...tomorrow is the real start of the challenge and a new week...it will be better then todays eating for sure!
