8:45 1 cup Quaker Squares Cereal w/2% milk
11:30 Wheat thins and a low fat string cz
1:45 Grilled chicken taco salad, no cz, no dressing...it was just rice, chicken, lettuce, tomato and tortilla chips
4:00 Key Lime Light & Fit yogurt
6:00 Grilled chicken over pasta w/veggies and garlic sauce (one serving) small glass rasp tea
8:00 1 piece of toast (white...wheat was moldy) w/nutella spread, 4 veggie thin crackers
Lots of H20!!!
