Thai chicken and veggies (pretty sure it burnt all the bad ingredients out of my system)

Thursday August 18th
greek yogurt, protein, fruit mix
tlc kashi bar
veggie straws
tuna sandwich w/light mayo on whole wheat, cottage cz and baked tortilla chips
lemonade
bowl of raisin bran with skim milk
