2:00 Tuna fish sandwich made with lite miracle whip & a little relish on whole wheat bread
3:00 a couple strawberries
5:00 Pork loin w/cous cous and fresh steamed broccoli....cottage cz w/peaches for dessert, orange juice
7:30 DelMonte fruit freezer (frozen fruit puree)
Lots and Lots of water which equalled lots and lots of peeing... :)
