5:30am banana
6:00 boot camp
8:45 3 egg whites and 1 egg yolk scrambled w/turkey burger and mozz cz on top
noon greek yogurt and protein shake
2:00 another turkey burger wrap
5:00 Pita pizza made on a ww pita w/pizza sauce, turkey pepperoni, mushrooms and mozz cz
6:00 Rode my bike from my house to PHHS in 13 minutes and then back again after practice was over
8:00 cottage cz and peaches
9:00 1/3 of a 100 calorie bag of microwave popcorn
2 liters of H2o
