Day #5

August 5th...

Today was a rough day because I worked both jobs and didn't have time to pack lunches...

5:30am banana
6am Boot camp
9:00 1 cup apple jacks (less calories than cheerios but no nutrition and lots of sugar) w/2% milk
11:00 box of raisins
1:30 grilled chx burrito no cheese (the little one from taco bell) and a soft bean taco no cheese
3:30 veggie thin crackers and a light and fit yogurt
11pm regular roast beef sandwich

I drank nothing but water today...2 1/2 liters!


I almost forgot that I had 1 midgee tootsie roll and 2 starbursts...stinkin coworkers and their stinkin candy!!!
